The Pok ta Pok is a ritual game that has been practiced for over 3000 years by the pre-Columbian peoples of Mesoamerica. It was practiced with a small rubber ball between two teams, the first goal was to pass the ball through the ring only using his knees, elbows, hips and buttocks.
